Join us on MS Teams for a free online session focused on alcohol awareness!

Alcohol plays a significant role in our society, yet it can have serious consequences for our health and wellbeing. This session will highlight key health messages related to alcohol, offering practical tools and strategies for delivering brief, impactful advice.

It’s important to recognise that risky drinking isn’t limited to those with a diagnosed problem. Long-term health impacts from excessive alcohol use can often go unnoticed—particularly among high-functioning professionals and managers. This session will shed light on these often-overlooked issues and explore ways to support healthier choices in and beyond the workplace.

Together, we'll explore how individuals and organisations can raise awareness of the risks associated with drinking above recommended guidelines. We'll consider both the perceived benefits and the real risks of alcohol use, share important facts, and encourage open discussion of our views and experiences.

When delivering training our staff should always be treated with respect. Some of the content in our training sessions can be challenging, but our trainers are there to support delegates to explore these challenges together.
