No. This workshop is designed to support people at any stage of their journey — whether you're sober-curious, ready to take a break, or looking to reassess your habits. There is no expectation or requirement to have stopped drinking before the programme begins.

Absolutely not — there is no pressure to speak unless you feel comfortable. Our group Zooms are guided, safe spaces, and you're welcome to listen quietly, journal privately, or take part at your own pace.
