Event description

Description

What do all the above people have in common? They have all practiced the Alexander Technique. Why? (1) Because it improves posture (2) Because it reduces back pain (3) Because it enhances performance.

Do you have poor posture or back pain? Are you seeking a permanent solution? Have you tried lots of other treatments, therapies and exercise that haven’t worked? Do you want to discover effective tools to prevent harmful habits that may be the cause of you back or neck pain?

Are you looking for an intelligent solution for poor posture or musculoskeletal issues?

Join us every Wednesday to discover the tools to transform how you move, sit, stand, walk and breathe. You will learn about human anatomy, function and design, which will help prevent harmful habits and patterns of movement, which are often the cause of pain and poor performance.

You will learn the secret tools actors, performers, singers and musicians use to be more effective, present, productive, charismatic and confident in their respective professions.
