In this event, hackers will take a technical deep-dive into Reach's technology!

The workshop will be held by Jay McCarthy, the CTO and Co-Founder of the Reach Platform.

Jay McCarthy earned his PhD in Computer Science from Brown University at age 21. In addition to being the main brains behind the Reach platform, Dr. McCarthy serves as an Associate Professor of Computer Science at UMass Lowell (where he earned his bachelor’s degree at the age of 16). The Encode x Algorand partnership will consist of an educational series, a hackathon, and an accelerator - all dedicated to learning and building on Algorand!
