Frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains?

This is British outdoor open-air theatre at its very best! The performance will continue in all but the worst of weather. Please dress accordingly.

Can we bring chairs?

You can best enjoy the performance if you bring a low-back chair or rug. The seating is on grass terraces.

Can we bring a picnic?

Yes! Doors open at 5pm so you can secure your seats and enjoy a picnic with friends on the beautiful Amphitheatre. Our concession kiosks will be open for drinks, snacks and ice cream.

Is the performance wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We reserve space on the front row for wheelchair access and carers. The path to the Amphitheatre is accessible from the car park. For carer ticket enquiries please contact us at hello@knowlepark.org.uk.

What's the running time?

Around 2 hours, including a 20 minute interval.

Are dogs allowed?

Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are able to attend this performance.

Knowle Park features a new wildlife lake, upgraded footpaths, a car park with 60 spaces, and the creation of new outdoor event space with an amphitheatre.
