Alice's Adventures in Aerialand

Adapted by The Dot Collective’s ensemble of actor/aerialists from Lewis Carroll’s classic tale (Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland), the show uses high sensory storytelling, with aerial circus, puppetry, verse and music.

The Dot Collective’s Aerial circus adaptation is a story for all ages and abilities, but definitely a story for adults as well, reminding us of that time of growing up, when everything is contradictory; when you move into a world that seems unfair, with absurd rules and regulations which seems pure madness.

A story of wonder and nonsense laced with lethal wit, of games, of riddles and conundrums, of questions with no answers, but above all of magic and adventure in which everyone, young and old, can lose themselves and revel in the nonsense. But most of all it is a universal tale that reaches out to everyone.

Alice’s Adventures in Aerialand is a family show that has been developed to be accessible for all, including those living with dementia (a dementia friendly show) and PMLD.

Wet Weather: The company will continue despite the rain, so if rain is predicted be prepared. The company will only stop if there is Lightning forecast - at which point all tickets will be refunded.
