Join Sam for a deeply grounding sound experience that takes you on a guided journey through the chakra system. Each class focuses on a different chakra, blending guided visualisation with the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments.

This candlelit 60-minute session invites you to journey inward, exploring the physical, emotional, and energetic qualities of each chakra centre. Allow yourself to be held by the earthy, shamanic vibrations of sound as you rest deeply and travel through your inner landscape.
