🧘♀️ Align with Nature: Pilates & Beaver Discovery 🧘♀️

Join us for a unique evening that combines mindful movement with a rare wildlife expirecne.
We’ll begin with a restorative Pilates session with Align with Chloe in the cosy Bircham Eco Lodge. As the day winds down, you’ll flow through gentle yet strengthening exercises designed to align your body and calm your mind — perfectly timed to finish as the sun sets.
Afterwards, we’ll head together to the beaver viewing platform. Here, you’ll have the chance to sit quietly in nature, observe the beaver habitat hopefully getting a chance tp see these incredible animals, and learn more about how beavers are helping to restore landscapes, improve habitats, and even reduce flooding. The experience is both mindful and meditative, and often leaves visitors with a deep sense of connection to nature.

- Please bring a torch and warm clothing for the evening session
This special event blends wellbeing and wildlife into one unforgettable experience. Spaces are limited, so book early to secure your place!
- What to Bring: Suitable footwear (walking boots or wellies), outdoor wear (we recommend layers and waterproof clothing if needed), a water bottle, and any snacks you might want to stay energized during the walk.
- Weather Considerations: Please be prepared for an outdoor adventure! We’ll be outside for most of the session, exploring the beaver's habitat and seeing firsthand how they’ve shaped their surroundings.
- How to get here: Take the 50/51 bus to Keswick Crescent and it is a five minute walk down to the farm entrance. The 27 bus goes to Childrey gardens and it is a ten minute walk down to the farm. We have a bike shed so you can cycle in but remeber to bring your own lock. If you live locally you can walk in through any of the three surrounding nature reserves.
