Aims and objectives : To improve clinicians’ confidence and consistency in deciding whether a compromised tooth can be predictably restored or requires alternative treatment.

1. Recognise clinical and radiographic signs that suggest poor prognosis.
2. Apply practical guidelines such as ferrule effect, crown–root ratio, and biological width.
3. Compare treatment options, including restoration, extraction, and replacement.

Topic: A table clinic lecture to discuss the role and application of dental rubber dam in endodontics:
In particular, to equip dentists with the knowledge and practical understanding to effectively utilize rubber dam isolation during endodontic procedures to enhance treatment efficiency and clinical outcomes.
