What do I need to bring?

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. You will be provided with a yoga mat. Pease bring a blanket and pillow. You will be lying down for the majority of the time so please bear this in mind when preparing what to bring, some people bring air beds , foam or even sleeping bags!
