Learn to bake bread the French way in small classes - never more than 4 people. You'll learn new skills and take all the items you've made home with you.
Two classes to choose from "Get baking bread the French way" and "All about the buns". This course is All about the buns. Learn how to make viennoise dough and create both savoury and sweet breads. This course uses stand mixers to mix the dough.
Format of the day:
Meet for a light lunch of soup and bread
Learn how to mix, prove, shape and bake 4 different types of bread or buns from scratch
Refreshments whilst your bread bakes and question time
The course lasts approximately 4 hours.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The location of the bread course is just off the A38 with easy access from junctions 13 or 14. We can also pick you up and return you to Cam/Dursley Station for trains to Gloucester and Bristol
What can I bring into the event?
You'll need to wear flat, confortable enclosed shoes. Please bring boxes or bags to take your bread home in.
What's the refund policy?
We provide refunds only in the unlikely event we have to cancel an event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Is my ticket transferrable?
You can transfer the ticket to another person for the same date only.
Is the event suitable for people with dietary requirements?
The course is suitable for vegetarians. It is not suitable for those following a gluten free diet.
