Annabel & Gus Grima are super excited to be hosting our first wellness day in Malta.

This is a day for women, about women. A day to connect with your incredible body, discover more about how your body works and what tools can be used to reclaim and harness your amazing power as a woman.

The day will include 3 educational and interactive workshops to give you a full holistic experience, covering all facets of your health as a woman.

About Workshop 1

Workshop 1, run by Gus Grima, founder of Be Marvellous (www.bemarvellous.co.uk). Gus is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner & Health Coach and a qualified Nutritional Therapist, wellness advocate for doTERRA, speaker.

This workshop is all about your hormones and a journey through your body. Learn why we really get hormone imbalance, why the gut and the liver have something to do with it and what we can do about balancing hormones using nutrition, essential oils and other lifestyle practices.

About Workshop 2

Workshop 2, run by Rochelle Hubbard of Eat Smile Live (www.eatsmilelive.co.uk). Rochelle is a certified Institute of Integrative Nutrition holistic nutrition and lifestyle health coach and a qualified Moon Mother trained under the famous Miranda Gray, doTERRA diamond leader, speaker.

This workshop takes a journey through the seasons of your female cycle (even if you are menopausal) and teaches you how to truly connect to your magical, deeply feminine womb wisdom. You will learn how to harness and celebrate your female energies and use them to live and work in harmony with yourself and with the world around you.

About Workshop 3

Workshop 3, run by Barbara Pidgeon of Calm Act.

Barbara is a licensed HeartMath Coach, an expert in mind & body matters, trained in Transpersonal Psychology, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Yoga and other holistic practices. She leads workshops - both corporate and private - around the world.

Thinking about hormones, we tend to focus mainly on oestrogen, progesterone, testosterone...the sex hormones. Yet, there are a whole host of others that are floating around our bodies - all impacting our mood, energy levels and generally just how we feel about ourselves and the world around us. In this workshop, you will learn how you can effectively employ a wider range of these chemical messengers to your advantage, incredibly, through effective breathing and movement techniques. This vital life force, quite literally, holds magical powers just waiting to come into being.

This wellness day is for you if:

you are a woman - whether cycling or menopausal

you are interested to learn more about how your body works and discover why you may be experiencing symptoms of hormone imbalance

you want practical advice that works, on how you can up-level your health and wellness

you are interested in natural health

The day will run from 10 am to 5 pm and you can choose to attend one of the two dates available: Friday 9 March or Saturday 10 March 2018

Please note, this is a kid-free zone. We want this wellness day to be a gift to yourself, giving you the chance to unwind and dive deep into the workings of your body, mind and spirit. Whilst we love kids, we want you to have this day for yourself because you totally deserve it! Feel free to come with friends, mums, sisters, aunts.

A delicious, healthy vegetarian lunch will be provided, along with drinks and healthy snacks throughout the day.
