The Kings Cross has been an unloved area of London for many years. However the rebirth of St Pancras station and the surrounding office development means the area is changing rapidly. Rob Smith will take you for a two hour walk looking at the history of the area, looking at the existing buildings and what is planned for the future. You'll hear how Kings Cross kept London supplied with food and the areas links with the Beatles, the Olympics, Frankenstein and the French Revolution as well as many other stories.
Here's a review of the walk
"5* Another excellent walk with footprints of london - All Change at Kings Cross. This was the second walk we've done with Rob, having previously walked the River Fleet. He is an excellent guide, and extremely knowledgable. I'd throughly recommend Rob and Footprints of London. The other walks we have completed with other guides have all been very good." OM April 2015
