Masterclass: "How to thrive through collaboration and innovation"
Dr Bettina von Stamm's breakfast lecture will be followed by a three-hour intensive masterclass, building upon the points made in the lecture.
How do the conditions of the 21st century apply to my organisation? What are threats and opportunities arising from them? What is so special about collaboration and innovation in this context? What next steps will enable me to embrace innovation in today’s context and ensure that my organisation will not just survive but will thrive?
Guided by and with input from Dr von Stamm, you will explore these questions in small groups and have an opportunity to develop first steps on how to tackle the 21st century head-on, leaving with tools to help you better manage innovation in your business.
-The masterclass is intended for individuals who are running or expanding an SME.
-Even if you have already registered for the breakfast lecture, you must register separately for this masterclass.
-Places at this masterclass are strictly limited. If you find you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP on Eventbrite as soon as possible, so that others on the waiting list will get a notification that they can take part.
