Step into a night unlike any other…

From the moment you arrive at Northchurch Social Centre (between 8:30pm and 9:00pm) you’ll be held in a gentle, transformative space where sound, stillness and intention weave together until the light of dawn.

We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, calming breathwork and a grounding meditation to prepare your mind and body for the journey ahead.

Then, the gongs will take over…For 7.5 hours, their deep, rolling vibrations will wash over you, guiding you between waking and dreaming states, dissolving tension and restoring balance to your whole being. This is a sonic ritual rooted in ancient tradition, a gift of rest, renewal and deep connection.

At 6:30am, we’ll greet the sunrise together, followed by a gentle cup of herbal or decaf tea before heading into the new day.

Bring whatever you need to make your sleeping nest cosy and warm:• A yoga/camping mat or mattress topper• Sleeping bag, duvet, blankets, pillows• Warm, loose clothing or pyjamas• Eye mask, socks, jumper• Water bottle

Essential reading prior to attending

Please arrive no later than 9:00pm. At this time the doors will be locked to ensure a safe and relaxed environment for participants and to ensure the Bath can start on time. Any no show or late arrival will not be refunded. In exceptional circumstances (and where 48 hours notice is given) I will consider transferring the booking to a future bath.If I have to cancel for any reason a full refund will be given or an option to transfer to a future Bath.

CAUTIONS and CONTRAINDICATIONS

Although Sound Healing is very therapeutic and relaxing, there are some conditions one should be aware of, when either cautions should be exercised or possibly a total contraindication.

If you have any queries about any of the following, please message before booking a ticket:

• Advanced stages of cancer
• First Trimester of Pregnancy contraindicated and thereafter if at risk, otherwise ok to receive
• Epilepsy
• Meniere's Disease
• Those who have pacemakers fitted unless with doctor's approval.
• Tinnitus – the sounds may aggravate existing tinnitus, although many tinnitus sufferers attend a gong bath without any adverse effects (caution only)
• Recent Hip/Joint Operations, Metal Implants (we have found that if the implants have been in situ for a number of years it is rare to experience any problems).
• Severe Osteoporosis
• Severe Mental Health Illnesses
