About this event
With Autumn in full bloom and winter drawing near, the days grow shorter and our bodies naturally long to slow down, replenish and restore.
The Gong Puja is an all-night sound ceremony created by gong masters before us. Rooted in the understanding that ten gong baths in a row can deeply transform body, mind, and spirit. This immersive journey invites you to surrender into the nurturing embrace of the sound.
We welcome you to gather in sacred space at Miller’s Way, where the resonant waves of the gong carry you into deep rest and renewal. Guided by a collective of gong practitioners Craig, Debbie, and Linda, we will begin with an opening ceremony, grounding into presence and offering our intentions before entering a night of nourishing vibrations. Through the enveloping soundscape of the gongs, you will be gently held, cradled in resonance, and invited to awaken renewed with the first light of morning.
Come as you are. Rest deeply. Leave replenished.
What to bring?
