Your experienced facilitators, Cate Wise, Laura Twomey and Lisa Wehbé are ready to guide you into a deep and intentioned night-long practice.
We will be gathering at St John the Baptist Church/Stadhampton Village Hall at 8.30pm on October 10th

What to expect:
Ritual blessing on arrival, welcome and settling in time
Co-create our Altar with us by adding anything you wish to bring
Cacao Ceremony
Nidra and lullabies to sooth your soul
Sound Journey through the night
Light breakfast and gentle awakening around dawn
Sharing time
Closing ceremony
What to bring:
Please bring your own bedding: mats, blankets, pillows and sleep masks welcome. Do bring as much as you need to be comfortable.

-Parking available at venue.
-Arrival and settling in from 8.30pm.
- No entry after 9pm as the doors will be secured at this time.
-Please let us know if you have any needs requiring additional support such as dietary restrictions or anything else ASAP so we may endeavour to assist you.
-This is a mixed gender event, all are welcome.
-Attendees must be over 18 years of age.
-Please understand that we are unable to offer refunds for lateness or last min cancellations.
