Inaugural lecture of Professor Liz Grant
About this event
Inaugural lecture of Professor Liz Grant
Professor of Global Health & Development, Director of the Global Health Academy
All our futures: healthy people, healthy planet
Professor Liz Grant works with partners in East Africa and South Asia to improve end of life care for people who live in parts of the world where poverty and conflict are made even more challenging by climate change.
She has found there are common threads in how we care for people with severe health problems and how we could better care for our planet.
Join Professor Grant to explore how caring for people and for our planet intertwines with sustainable development goals.
This lecture is free and open to all.
Due to restrictions currently in place, capacity to attend in person is limited to 120 people. However, we will also be running the event online for anyone to take part via a live-stream on the evening. If you want an online ticket, please book one here:
