the first of a series of experimental dinners organised by artist Jolien van Schagen.
A four course menu will be prepared by Jolien van Schagen & Michel Smit, and the evening will be hosted by Sinead O'Dwyer.
A dinner in praise of the sheep:
+ Tongue aspic, pickle
+ Bloodcake, green herbs, mustard
+ Roast, stew, testicle, beetroot
+ Curd, apple compote, cider
Every course will be paired with wine.
