Our new 6-week course is for women struggling with perimenopause and menopause. It is a whole-body approach in a group setting of like-minded women.

This course is designed to create physical and emotional health as you transition into perimenopause and menopause.

Menopause is a normal process that women’s bodies were designed to navigate. There is no reason why we should feel terrible during this stage of our lives.

Exhaustion, sleeplessness, brain fog, hot flushes, weight gain and headaches are not inevitable and do not have to be your future.
