There is strong evidence that shows positive correlation between diverse and inclusive leadership and business performance. "The more diverse companies are better able to win top talent, and improve their customer orientation, employee satisfaction, and decision making, leading to a virtuous cycle of increasing returns" (McKinsey, Diversity Matters 2015). From attracting top talent, maintaining employee morale, and creating an environment where everyone feels like part of the team, an inclusive, respectful workplace improves worker engagement and organisational reputation.

In this Masterclass we will explore:
- A strategic view of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, and how to promote them in the organisation;
- The relationship between Diversity & Inclusion and its effect on collaboration, engagement, retention, and competitive advantage;
- The nature of bias and how implicit associations can and do impact on individual and group attitudes, behaviours and decision-making processes within an organisational context;
- Real life practical examples, scenarios, and case studies across key people management areas such as recruitment and selection, performance management and career progression.
