What is this workshop about?
This Alliance Best Practice Ltd (ABP) workshop is an introduction to the VST Alliance Sales and Optimisation Methodology. It is offered to: prospective, new and existing ABP members. It gives them the opportunity to better understand how to execute an alliance best practice programme using the unique VST Alliance Optimisation Methodology.

The content is based on the Alliance Best Practice Benchmarking Database of over 200,000 observations of alliances ‘in action’. The only objective assessment of global alliances currently available.
The VST approach has been tested successfully at multiple leading edge partnering organisations including: Accenture, NetApp, Fujitsu, EMC, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, O2, IBM, Capgemini, VMware, EMC, Qliktech and PwC.
The workshop presenter (Mike Nevin) is an internationally renowned alliances 'guru'.
Workshop attendees will receive a complementary 12 month access to the alliance best practice database as a result of attending this course.

Its partners are a group of independent alliance experts who each specialise in some aspect of strategic alliance formation or management. Its goal is to increase the knowledge and subsequent adoption of proven best practice principles. To support it in this endeavour it has researched strategic alliances deeply and maintains an extensive database of observations of alliances in action gained from many leading edge partnering organisations.
