Allocate Certified Professional Assessment (ACP) (HealthRoster) - Richmond

The Allocate Academy offers a number of levels of progression, from Allocate Trained Professional (ATP) to an Allocate Certified Expert Status (ACE).
The HealthRoster Administration Allocate Certified Professional (ACP) Assessment allows individuals to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of HealthRoster at System Administration level. This is a formal asssement, conducted under examination conditions, in which individuals are expected to complete a series of tasks within the software and answer questions related to policy and process.
The assessment includes a wide variety of tasks, such as:
- Managing the organisation structure and budgeted establishment
- Managing reference data
- Personnel data management
- Using and trouble shooting the Gateway
- Roster administration - shifts, patterns, rules and demand templates
- Managing user accounts
- Managing the Auto Roster
Indiviudals should expect to work independently and without assistance. The pass mark to achieve ACP accreditation is 70% and the award will be valid for 2 years from the date of assessment.
