Full price two-day tickets are only £329 +VAT so will sell out fast! This gives you full access to the event, and includes a complimentary place at the Allocate Awards and Gala Dinner on the evening of the 16th October 2019. There are also options to book your accommodation on the booking form as an additional option once you choose your ticket type.

Paying by invoice?

You are welcome to pay your conference registration by credit card. However, if you would still like to pay by invoice, this is also possible. Just select the "Show Other payment options" above and then "Pay Offline" option that appears underneath the "Order Now" button as shown in the image below.

About the 2019 conference

The Allocate User Group Conference is evolving! This year the conference is co-located alongside the Global Allocate People Summit and will combine the User Group, an International Workforce Forum and the Allocate Leadership Network.

The content will be user-led and, having listened to your feedback, the agenda will include more expert presentations, insights on trends and innovations, and the latest topics and learning from the global health and care workforce agenda. This means more variety and more content to suit all roles and levels of experience.

Speakers will include leaders of people and workforce, senior teams representing nurses, doctors, allied health professionals (AHPs) and the wider science workforce, as well as workforce experts and practitioners in rostering and contingent staffing.

Panel debates, interactive product-focused and expert academy sessions will play key platforms to share customer stories, ideas, experiences and new approaches to using Allocate solutions. 

The speaker line up will be available in June.

Attendee Fees

All one and two day tickets include: entry to the conference (1 or 2 days) inc. all sessions, lunch and refreshments.

• Early Bird 2-day conference fee - booking before 11th April 2019 - £299+VAT
  
• 2-day conference fee from 12th April to 31st August 2019: £329 + VAT
• One day conference fee: £199+ VAT per day

All one and two day tickets also includes a place at the Gala dinner and awards ceremony on the evening of the first day (however no discount or refund is applicable should you not attend for any reason as this event is fully funded outside of the ticket sales).

Please let us know if you are unable to attend. Tickets are non-refundable however should the event sell out as in previous years we will do all we can to sell your ticket to a waiting list delegate
