This ALM forum is three things:

1) An opportunity to meet for mutual support and sharing of ideas

2) Some conversation with Doug Chaplin, Discipleship and Lay Training Officer, about what support the diocese can offer ALMs

3) An opportunity to hear a little from Alison Maddocks, Dean of Smaller Churches, about support specifically geared to smaller churches.

It has an open format, with some chance to talk in small groups as well, and will last for an hour, meeting on Zoom.
