The trust is delighted to be able to offer all staff a free Staff Wellbeing Check. This provides an opportunity to meet with the Staff Health and Wellbeing Team and review your wellbeing, assessing factors such as blood pressure, BMI, mental wellbeing and other important health areas.
After your results have been explained, you’ll be offered personalised advice and on-going support to help you stay well and achieve any personal health goals that you may have. We are able to offer support with areas such as physical activity, healthy weight, mental wellbeing, musculoskeletal issues, smoking cessation and alcohol reduction.
The Staff Wellbeing Check is confidential and your individual results will not be shared with anyone else.
