Overview

Exploring Active Looking through the lens of Buddhist Meditation and Qigong.

We want to invite you to a two hour workshop led by socially engaged Buddhist Meditation and Qigong facilitator Kasia Murfet (they/them).

In this experiential workshop, we explore active looking—the practice of meeting the world with steady presence, curiosity, and embodied awareness.

Thanks to Buddhist meditation, we’ll cultivate the capacity to engage our inner and outer experience with clarity and compassion.

Through slow, intentional movements of Qigong we will awaken the body’s natural vitality and create the conditions for a more receptive mind.If you have access requirements, get in touch to discuss, we want to see you at our events.

Please bring a mat and a blanket or alternativley sit in a chair.

There are only 6 car parking places at the back of the hall, so please use public transport where possible.
