Welcome to Alpha at St Andrew Blackadder Church! Join us for an exciting in-person event where you can connect with others, explore questions about faith, and enjoy great conversations.It is starting on Thursday 23rd October 2025 at 19:00. The course runs weekly on Thursday evenings, with a short break for Christmas, and finishes in January 2026.
Alpha is a place to explore life’s biggest questions in a friendly, open, and informal setting. It’s relaxed, free, and open to everyone — whether you’re curious about faith, new to Christianity, or just want a safe space to ask questions.
Each evening includes:
- A hot meal to share together
- A short video on a big question of life and faith
- Tea/coffee and relaxed discussion

- 19:35 – Welcome & introduction
- 19:45 – Watch video
- 20:15 – Tea/coffee
- 20:20 – Discussion
- 21:00 – Finish
We’ll explore topics such as:
- Is there more to life than this?
- Who is Jesus?
- Why am I here?
- What is my purpose?
No pressure. No charge. No question is off limits.
