Are your sessions recorded?

Our sessions are designed as unique live events. That's what makes attending a SEND Station training session special. Our presenters are all experienced and talented professionals, ready to respond to your questions. We also respect participants privacy as sometimes we deal with sensitive topics.

Question 2

Can I change my booking?

Accepted Answer

If you let us know before the session, we can move your booking to another day as we run multiple sessions during the month. We cannot change your booking to a different session so please ensure you check your booking before confirming your order.

Question 3

Are your sessions accredited?

Accepted Answer

Our presenters are fully qualified in their respective areas and our presentations are reviewed regularly to ensure the content is current. We offer attendance certificates but not accreditation as this would greatly increase the price of tickets - our mission is to provide great affordable training

Question 4

When will I get my certificate and handout?

Accepted Answer

We automatically send out your attendance certificate and handout at the beginning of the session to the email address you supplied. Please check your email is entered correctly and that, if you don't receive it, it's not lurking in a Spam File!

Question 5

I cannot access the event, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

We are always here just before an event begins or for at least 15 minutes after an event starts to help with access issues should they occur. Fortunately, it is very rare and but for your peace of mind we are just an email away at info@sendstation.co.uk
