PEAT Outcome - Relevant legal knowledge

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is becoming an important alternative to litigation. In some situations, Judges in litigation cases may require the parties to engage in Mediation before the court case can start. There is greater use of ADR in many different forms of dispute from commercial to matrimonial.

This session will cover the difference types of ADR and the attributes of each type and sources of more information on where to find out more.

This Zoom webinar will be of interest to all legal professionals.
