This popular annual event is kindly hosted by Optimum Group Services in Partnership with Wellcome

The event will be held at the London headquarters of the Wellcome biomedical research charity that was officially opened by Her Majesty the Queen. The ten-storey, open plan, glass-roofed Gibbs Building, named after the  former chairman, is located at 215, Euston Road, and houses the charity’s staff who previously occupied two nearby buildings. The 28,000 square- metre headquarters for Wellcome - one of the world’s biggest medical research charities was designed by Hopkins Architects. It has been styled as a glass-covered atrium with a 90 metre “street” running through the centre.

In partnership with Wellcome, Optimum Group Services have developed an innovative package of alternative maintenance techniques that brings together industry technology to undertake maintenance differently to the industry SFG20 standard.

The event will be opened by the Wellcome & CIBSE FM Group; topics will include:

  • Optimum Introduction to Energy Maintenance & Comfort (EMC)
  • CPD on Building Analytics with Schneider
  • CPD on Hevasure Water Monitoring

The event will be followed by Q&A, networking and refreshments

As always due to popularity of CIBSE Facilities Management Events, attendance is by pre-registration & the closing for registration is 8.00pm on 5th April 2017
