Event description

Description

Professional Development session for FPO Alumni with Dr Nathan Hasson, MB ChB, MRCP, FRCPCH

Dr Nathan Hasson will be delivering a half day seminar as an introduction to the assessment of children for possible red-flag conditions that may present itself at an osteopathic practice. Current NICE guidelines will be highlighted. Emphasis will be on understanding the pathophysiological processes of symptoms, promoting safety in the treatment of children and acknowledging practitioner responsibility.

This seminar forms part of the introductory teaching for our current DPO programme. His extensive experience in acute general paediatrics is very informative. This seminar would be useful revision for any paediatric osteopath.

There are a limited number of places available, so Alumni of the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy's DPO or MSc programmes wishing to attend should apply early.

3 hrs CPD
