This exciting and interactive one day training aims to help you get clear about what success means to you and how you can start to become more successful in all areas of your life. We will explore what stops individuals from being successful such as mind set, fear of failure, procrastination, not knowing what you want and handling criticism constructively.

By exploring each of the above topics in an interactive way via, discussion, listening, 1-1 and group exercises, you will gain an understanding of what success means to you in a specific area of your life such as: gaining employment, communicating more effectively in a relationship, improved health, or maybe you’ll pick something else, and this will enable you to come up with new learning’s and ideas which you can start to take action on immediately, which in turn will help to move you towards your definition of success..... in all you do.

Pam Lidford, is a fully qualified ICF PCC & Coaching Academy Coach, BTEC and NVQ assessor, Thought Field Therapist, Master Practitioner in NLP, and has trained and coached thousands of people in personal, private and public sectors and was quoted as one of the ’new guru's’ by the Evening Standard Newspaper.
Whether working with coaches, young people or personal clients, she particularly loves supporting individuals in building their personal confidence and self-belief around any topic or issue
Over the past 15 years Pam appeared on numerous training videos, as well as in the media as an expert in her field. She is a trainer at the Coaching Academy in personal, holistic and confidence coaching. As well as work, she enjoys family, friends, personal development, art history, wine and enjoying life.
