ALWAYS: DIVINE DELIGHT

Come and join us for the third edition of ALWAYS: Homegrown Cinema at CKE [Bradbury Works] located in the heart of Dalston. ALWAYS: Homegrown Cinema is a fresh bi-monthly film night based in London, dedicated to Black and African cinema.

For the third edition, ALWAYS returns with Divine Delight, a selection of Black and African films exploring the divine, the communal and the spiritual.

Curated by Python House and Fubu Film Club, ALWAYS invites you to depart from the standard film selection and reinstate the frequencies they tried to bury.

As we move into the festive season, we’ll also come together to share a celebratory meal. A limited number of food-inclusive tickets are available for those who wish to enjoy a warm, communal dinner as part of the experience.

The screening will be introduced by a specially curated DJ set by Tone focused on the Black Divine.
