Join us for an evening of exploring the ways that you are the problem in your relationships :)
We all carry unseen parts of ourselves: beliefs, fears, and desires we push out of awareness and instead often project on to others. Carl Jung called this the shadow.
This experiential workshop will guide you through the foundations of Jungian shadow work and offer prompts to begin exploring your shadow in the context of relationships.
Together, we’ll explore:
- What the shadow is and why it matters for relationships
- Common ways shadows appear in partnerships or friendships (projections, triggers, judgments...)
- Practices for reclaiming and integrating disowned qualities
You’ll gain greater awareness of your own relational patterns and learn how to approach them with curiosity!
Who is this for?
This workshop is open to anyone curious about Jungian psychology, shadow work, or simply deepening self-awareness in relationships. No prior knowledge is required! Just a willingness to explore within.
