Our Fully Funded Level 5 Management Development training programme is designed to give you the confidence, skills and knowledge you need to be an effective Manager and Leader.

This programme is designed for someone who manages teams or projects and works to achieve operational or departmental goals /objectives as part of the delivery of their organisation’s strategy. It aims to create more capable, confident and productive managers and is therefore ideal for Managers, Team Leaders, Operation and Department Managers.

Programme Requirements

The programme requires each learner to complete 5 written assignments to support and embed theoretical knowledge into work based practise.

The training programme is inclusive of an enrolment session, 5 full day workshops (9am - 5pm) and 2 full day mandatory support sessions (9am - 5pm) for all learners, providing 1-2-1 sessions, personal review and tutor support.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. However, all delegates will complete a short initial assessment for literacy and numeracy. Delegates must also provide eligibility evidence to meet European Social Funding regulations, including:

  • Employment status
  • DOB
  • Residency
  • National Insurance number

Delegates must work for an organisation with an office base or site within Co Durham, Tyne & Wear or Northumberland.

7 Wed 4th Jul 18 Conducting a Management Project

8 Tues 17th Jul 18 Summary, Review and Support Session


Progression

On completion of the programme, delegates can progress and complete the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership, at a charge of £250 per person.
