Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Access Bars & Lymphatic Drainage Reflexology. Treatments promote relaxation, reduce stress, support detox, and restore balance through gentle touch and pressure techniques.

Reflexology: Shoes and socks will need to be removed.

All other treatments: Can be performed fully clothed.

This is suitable for all ages. Under 16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Treatments are available only in the third trimester and a disclaimer must be signed before the session. Please inform me when booking.
