But every salad deserves a good dressing and every dressing needs a good olive oil. So, for this workshop, we have teamed up with Cristina Nespoli, producer of the the exquisite extra virgin olive oil Terre di Carmen.
While you enjoy a delicious PurpleCarrot breakfast, Pilar will talk about how to balance your salads to make them a perfect lunch or light supperand what foods to mix together in order to maximize nutrient absorption.
Cristina will explain the olive oil making process and talk about the different types of olive oils and health properties of each. We will then sample them and learn to taste the difference.
