Description

The Scotsman's annual food and drink conference looks at how a highly successful industry can maintain its momentum for the next decade and beyond.

The Ambition 2030 document, launched in March, lays down a blueprint to grow the food and drink sector into a £30 billion industry - based on more ambition, innovation and collaboration than ever before.

The event will hear how industry leaders are grasping the nettle and ensuring they can help deliver the £30 billion opportunity - and from those small businesses doing new and exciting things to ensure the food and drink sector in Scotland is a genuine innovation leader.

If you want to be part of that ambitious journey to 2030, this event is for you - full of ideas, guidance and practical advice to move forward your business, and the industry as a whole.

Speakers include:

Gary Maclean, Masterchef: The Professionals, Champion 2016
Stephen Jardine, Taste Communications
Anna Christopherson, founder of Boda Bar, Hemma, Akva and other swedish bars in Edinburgh
Karen Betts, Chief Executive, Scotch Whisky Association
James Withers, Chief Executive, Scotland Food and Drink
