About ECT Clinic 4

Clinic 4 is designed for Early Career Teachers starting their second year of induction. This session offers a timely opportunity to reflect on your progress, revisit key areas of development, and build confidence for the year ahead.

 

What to Expect:

  • 💬 Collaborative discussions with peers and experienced facilitators
  • 🧠 Practical strategies to support your continued development
  • 🎯 Guidance on preparing in Year 2 of the ECF programme

Clinic 4 is a key checkpoint in your ECT journey. It offers space to pause, reflect, and continue to receive targeted support and feel confident about what’s ahead. Attendance supports your progress toward meeting the requirements of your statutory induction.
