Welcome to Amelia's Sunset BBQ! Our second annual fundraising event in aid of CALM. Join us for a fun evening filled with delicious food, great music, and good company as we watch the sun go down. The event will take place on Sat Sep 20 2025 at 7:00 PM at the SVRA (Southcott Village Residents Association) Club. Bring your friends and family for a memorable night of laughter and relaxation. Don't miss out on this opportunity to enjoy a beautiful sunset with some tasty BBQ! Raffle tickets, BBQ food and Drinks from the bar will all be available to purchase at the event, as well as other stalls. Proceeds will go to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably). Frequently asked questions

Is there a bar?

Yes, there is a bar that will be open for you to purchase your drinks from. These proceeds do not go to CALM.

Is it cash only?

Cash would be preferred however we also have a card machine meaning we can take card payments, contactless and Apple pay!

Will there be food?

There will be delicious BBQ food provided by an external caterer available to purchase at the event. They are kindly donating some of the profits to CALM.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Due to capacity restrictions we prefer online ticket booking however there may be an opportunity to purchase tickets on the door depending on sales, updates will follow on our social media.

What type of music will be there?

There will be live music with 90s/2000s singalong hits and disco music!

Is there a dress code?

Summer / Colourful dress would be amazing but wear whatever you feel comfortable in to dance the night away!
