Amity Yoga Wellbeing  Workshop 10 am till 2 pm image

Join Amity Yoga Wellness founder and teacher Wendy Moran for a series of wellbeing Saturday workshops in Rainhill from 10 am - 2 pm. Established for 13 years Amity Yoga Wellness provides monthly workshops and retreats.

Starting with intention setting meditations, detoxification pranayama breathwork, deep meditations and progressive breathwork practices.

Flowing body and breath movements with deep asana practice.

Yoga nidra, deep relaxation and mediation. You will be able to relax your nerves at a deeper level and allow your energy to flow and restore.

Lunch - Please bring a light lunch of your choice. Hot & cold drinks available. Opportunity to chat, share, reflect and journal. Join a supportive community, bringing joy and happiness to each other in a non-judgemental space.

Closing meditation & breath practice.

Mixed ability level - practice adapting to individual needs, prior yoga experience is beneficial, intermediate/advanced. Please note not suitable for complete beginners.

Extra blankets/padding and eye mask to use during yoga nidra
