1. Welcome Sip on Arrival
Nimbu Paani Mocktail – A sweet and salty lemon cooler — a refreshing desi household favourite to awaken your taste buds.
2. Starter – To Begin Our Desi Feast
Lamb Seekh Kebab & Vegetable Samosa – Served with chilli sauce and salad — a flavour-packed start to your evening.
3. Main Course – The Thali Experience
A single-platter meal featuring a variety of dishes to enliven the taste buds:
Bhuna Gosht Slow-cooked lamb in a rich blend of spices, tomatoes, and yogurt.
Butter Chicken Chicken in a creamy, mildly spiced tomato-based curry.
Tarka Daal Red lentils simmered with garlic, onions, and spices, then tempered in hot oil.
Vegetable Curry Mixed vegetables in a bold, spiced curry sauce.
Vegetable Pilau Basmati rice cooked in seasoned stock with aromatic spices and vegetables.
Naan Bread Soft, fluffy Indian flatbread, perfect for dipping.
Raita Sauce Cooling yogurt dip with mint and spices to balance bold flavours.
Vegetarian Thali Available on Request
Spiced Paneer Skewers with Peppers replace the Lamb Seekh Kebab.
In the Thali: Chestnut Mushrooms replace Bhuna Gosht, and Paneer replaces Butter Chicken.
4. Dessert – Sugar & Spice Finale
Gajar ka Halwa with a scoop of vanilla ice cream – A warm Indian sweet carrot pudding to end on a sweet note.
5. Desi Tea (Karak Chai)
A spiced, milky tea to seal the night — rich, comforting, and full of flavour.
