Who is Amplify Her?
Amplify Her is a UK-based community and events platform supporting women, non-binary, and trans people working across all areas of the music industry. Founded in 2022 by musician Andrea Dee, it offers networking events, live showcases, open-mics, songwriting camps, and industry workshops, primarily in London and Brighton. With a mission to amplify underrepresented voices and foster professional connections, Amplify Her creates inclusive, empowering spaces for artists, producers, managers, and creatives.

Izabel
Izabel (aka izabalien) is a London-based rising artist, singer, and songwriter blending sultry R&B with rich, emotional storytelling. Since moving to London in 2019 and graduating from BIMM, she's been building a name for herself through projects with UNICEF, standout releases, and live performances.
Her debut EP, alien bae (2021) introduced her signature sound, while 2023’s SBTV songwriting camp and 2024’s She Runs The Board compilation saw her collaborate with the likes of Col3trane, Miraa May, and Emmavie. Her latest EP SCENARIOS (Stereofox) earned over 500K streams, editorial support from Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon, and praise from NOTION, EARMILK, and more.
Izabel’s soulful medley covers, singles like “Discipline” and “Tattoo” (co-signed by Timbaland), and performances alongside Asher Roth, Tia Gordon, and Akemi Fox have solidified her as a force in UK R&B. Her 2025 single “bad boi withdrawal” received airplay on BBC 1Xtra, KISS FM, and placements on Amazon Music's +44 R&B.

HEIDI
Heidi Boualili is a 23-year-old singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist from Southend, currently signed to 3Beat/Universal. With a record deal, a Love Island sync, and appearances on Sky News and BBC Radio 1, Heidi has already made a strong impression in the UK music scene. She’s performed across the country and recently completed a UK tour opening for Lewis Fitzgerald.
Now stepping into a new chapter, Heidi has launched the rollout of her debut EP, marking a shift from her earlier dance music releases under “HEIDI” to a more authentic and personal sound. She’s currently working on new singles with producer Cam Blackwood and writing alongside top-tier collaborators, including Metrophonic.
Heidi credits music with saving her life and brings an infectious passion for songwriting to everything she does. As a woman in the industry, she deeply resonates with Amplify Her’s mission and would love to get involved in future projects and community initiatives.

TÉODORA is a rising UK artist known for her unique blend of dark pop and R&B. Her main inspiration is her Balkan heritage, adding a distinct cultural flair and uniqueness to her sound. She also loves pop influences, R&B's soulful vocals, trap's edgy production, and the complexity of electronic music - her sound is both innovative and emotionally compelling.
Having performed on many iconic stages in the UK and Romania, TÉODORA's powerful vocals and her flute take center stage in live performances. Her honest lyrics resonate deeply with listeners, creating an immersive experience.
