Event description

Description

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) are potentially traumatic events that can have negative, lasting effects on health and well-being. But how can we ensure that we have a strong focus on prevention and response?

This free event brings together practitioners and advocates from the education, early childhood, health, police and child and adult welfare sectors to build on our collective efforts to support those who have experienced ACEs and to mitigate the effects.

Join us at this interactive session to help identify opportunities to integrate ACEs into our collective work to improve outcomes for children and young people.

You will have the opportunity during the session to influence and inform future working practice and to provide practitioners with support and guidance and become more ACE informed.
