An Afternoon of Mindfulness Meditation with the Monk on a Motorbike

Always wanted to meditate but don’t know how?

Then come along to this introductory workshop and experience first-hand how this straightforward, accessible practice can transform your life.
An interactive afternoon, it will include:
• guided meditations
• simple but powerful mindfulness exercises
• clear instructions and explanations
• basic theory behind mindfulness
• opportunities for questions and discussion
• tea and biscuits! :-)

Through this workshop, you'll realize mindfulness doesn’t require any special skills just an attitude of gentle curiosity and a willingness to learn.
By the end of the afternoon, you’ll be able to meditate, practice on your own and start to integrate mindfulness into your daily life.

About Daniel Hill aka the Monk on a Motorbike
Daniel is a meditation teacher and mindfulness coach who has been helping people around the planet make sense of meditation.
He is a passionate advocate of mindfulness as a powerful yet simple and accessible tool for personal transformation.

He has been practicing meditation since 1995. A former Buddhist monk, he has spent long periods on silent, intensive meditation retreats in Asia and the UK.
He is keen to explain this is a straightforward holistic practice that brings greater awareness to every aspect of our lives and with it a sense of calm and joy.
All that is required is a sense of curiosity and a willingness to learn to see great benefits in a short time.
He says: ‘mindfulness is a really easy practice. Anyone can do it. I've found it to be deeply transformative in my own life and the lives of many others.'
He recently returned from teaching at Vagabond Temple, a yoga and meditation retreat centre in Cambodia.
He lives in London, loves to get around on his motorbike, and is known to his friends and students as the 'Monk on a Motorbike'
