The Way of Stillness and Flow is a Taoist Tai Chi journey for women, held weekly at Swansea Wellbeing Centre. This class offers a gentle yet powerful approach to restoring balance, clarity, and quiet strength. Through authentic Qi-based Tai Chi flow, ancient breathwork, and energy-infused meditation, participants are guided to release emotional weight, rekindle energy without force, and reconnect with their inner selves.

Each session is more than instruction; it is a curated healing space, rooted in Daoist wisdom and embodied practice.

Led by Dr Jar, a Taoist practitioner with family lineage in traditional energy work, the class invites women to experience Tai Chi not as performance but as reconnection.

Join us to discover softness as strength, stillness as clarity, and flow as a path to renewal and belonging.
