About this event

You are warmly invited to an autumn lunch with world-class chef Raymond Blanc OBE in conversation with broadcaster Fiona Bruce on Monday 13th October 2025.

Join us for an afternoon of lively conversation, exceptional cuisine and great company as we celebrate the launch of Raymond’s new book, Simply Raymond Kitchen Garden.

For Raymond Blanc, his garden is as important as his kitchen, and he takes great care to bring the beauty of the outside world into his cooking. Simply Raymond Kitchen Garden celebrates this joy of cooking seasonally and the garden-to-table philosophy with over 80 recipes for readers to delight in.

As the days grow shorter and summer fades into autumn, we reach the end of the growing season — the perfect moment to hear from Raymond about this journey from vegetable patch to kitchen. We are also thrilled to have our longstanding ambassador Fiona Bruce ably lead the conversation as Raymond shares stories from the kitchens he has worked in and tips and inspiration for ambitious cooks and gardeners alike.

The afternoon will begin with a sparkling reception, followed by a two-course seasonal lunch specially crafted by Raymond at his Brasserie Blanc, Southbank.

By attending, you are helping Wellbeing of Women to support women's health research, education and advocacy which changes and saves the lives of women, girls and babies. I hope you can join us.

Please note this is a charity event, and as such we are not able to offer refunds. If the original ticket holder can no longer attend, they’re welcome to transfer their ticket to someone else — just let us know who’ll be attending instead and their dietary requirements.
