This workshop is ideal for emerging leaders, seasoned managers, and anyone who wants to deepen their ability to lead with respect and intention.

Do I need to prepare anything in advance?

No, you will not need to prepare anything in advance, although you may want to have a pen and paper to hand in order to take notes and for self-reflection.

Will the slides be shared?

Yes, the slides will be shared with attendees after the workshop.

Are there any technical requirements?

We will be using Zoom and may use Miro as a collaboration tool. Any links will be sent out before the workshop.

Will there be any breaks during the workshop?

No. The workshop is scheduled to last 90 minutes and there we will not be having any breaks.

Absolutely. This is an interactive workshop and we welcome and encourage participation from everyone.

Yes. A survey will be sent out after the workshop. We also welcome reviews on Eventbrite.

Is this a module from the Scrum Mastery Pathway?

Yes, this is a module from the Scrum Mastery Pathway. Licensed Guides are experimenting is delivering modules from the Scrum Mastery Pathway to see is there is an appetite for a modular pathway with students 'pay as you go' and can complete the modules in an order and at a time that suits them.

Can attendance and participation in this workshop count towards a Scrum Mastery Pathway certificate?

Not yet. This is something that we would like to offer, but is dependent upon a successful experiment and ongoing interest in the delivery of Scrum Mastery Pathway modules. You will receive a certificate of attendance.

Will I need my own LEGO®?

Accepted Answer

No. As part of the ticket price you will be sent the LEGO® that you need. If you do have any extra LEGO® you are free to bring it along and use it.
