About this Event
After a succesful launch of our Fine Dining nights back in early October, The Grape Variety and FIR are delighted to announce they will return to Chipstead to collaborate on another one-off night of excellent wines and delicious dining.
A local chef Luke Spier, otherwise known as FIR, has created another menu with his ethos being the procurement of local produce from around the South of England, along with sustainability as his main focus. Those values and talent are then combined with our local wine expert, Matthieu Arravantinos who sources the perfect wine to accompany each dish.
On this occasion, Matthieu has decided to provide a selection of wines from all over the world, ranging from a fine Champagne to Vintage Port.

START TIME?: ARRIVE FROM 6PM, READY FOR THE FIRST COURSE TO BE SERVED AT 7PM PROMPT.
END TIME?: Due to rules enforced upon us, we ask everyone to vacate the premises by 9.45pm, and for those needing a taxi please may you arrange for it to collect you from Wingrave Vets on Chipstead Parade, so we can respect our neighbours and avoid large parties of people waiting outside TGV.

Due to limited space and demand,there are only a certain amount of tickets released, but if you can't make it with us this time, we will hopefully be releasing 3 more nights from now until Christmas!
